FeedCue stores only the Shopify data needed to calculate product feed readiness tasks.
Data used
FeedCue reads product titles, variant titles, SKUs, barcodes, image availability, vendor values, product type values, inventory item IDs, and product IDs needed to create catalog readiness tasks.
Data minimization
FeedCue does not need customer profiles, payment data, card data, storefront theme access, checkout data, or order customer details for its core feed workflow.
Storage and security
Shopify access tokens are encrypted before storage. Database backups contain application data only and are retained for a limited operational window.
